Stephen Harper - Chief Executive - Stephen Harper has been in the Financial Services industry for 22 years. He started trading as Fountain Independent in 1998 after 9 years in the Royal Navy as an engineer, followed by a successful career with Sun Alliance and Royal Sun Alliance. In 2005, Stephen established Attivo Group Limited and Attivo Property Limited. In 2006 he launched MYSIPP which has been awarded a Defaqto 5 Star Rating for the last 4 years. Stephen's vision is to create a financial services business that is totally transparent and built on long-term client relationships, rather than the historic transactional model employed by many in the financial services sector.

Nicola Goldsmith - Managing Director of Attivo Group - Nicola Goldsmith is Managing Director of Attivo Group and has worked for the Group since 2009. A qualified marketing professional with 25 years experience, she joined Attivo Group after a successful career in the house building industry, latterly as Managing Director of a FTSE 100 company. Her role is to help develop the strategic direction and marketing strategy across the Group to deliver sustainable business growth. In addition to her role as Company Secretary, she has broader responsibilities for Human Resources and developing strategic stakeholder relationships.

Stephen Bareham - Finance Director - Stephen Bareham is Finance Director for Attivo Group. He is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a recent MBA graduate. He has over 23 years accounting and financial management experience operating across all business disciplines and contributing to organisational business development strategy. His role is to direct the finance functions across all legal entities in the Group, ensuring legal, contractual and regulatory compliance. He is also responsible for the Group’s IT services.
